How it forms- Very Rapid solidification from a lava that has been shot up into the air and releasing gases

Where it's from- It forms from volcanic eruptions mostly from Italy but other major producers are Greece, Chile, Spain, and the US
Uses- It's used for making light weight concrete, polishes, additives for cement, the light weight concrete has been used since the romans were around.
